Leeds property consultancy, Gent Visick (GV) has been named as the most active industrial property agent in Yorkshire and the Humber, in terms of square footage, at the annual CoStar Awards.
CoStar is the leading provider of commercial real estate information, analytics, and online marketplaces. The awards recognise and celebrate the success of the UK’s top commercial property professionals and carry out a detailed analysis of thousands of deals completed throughout the UK.
GV’s award combined the total square footage of space disposed of by the firm, on either a leasehold or occupational freehold basis, in 2020. GV also came second in CoStar’s regional investment agency category.

This is particularly true in Yorkshire and the Humber, where our team have been involved in an array of deals ranging from small-scale trade counters on the edge of city centres, to vast distribution centres spanning more than 500,000 sq ft.

Notable deals that GV completed last year include leasing a newly constructed logistics centre at Total Park in Leeds to international courier, parcel and express mail service giant, DHL.
GV was also involved in several deals on the M62 corridor including leasing a 400,000 sq ft distribution centre to CoreCare Global and successfully marketing Premier Way North, which offers 546,970 sq ft of space at Normanton, on behalf of Exeter Property Group. The 31-acre site was leased by retail giant, The Range.
