Tom Preene
Tom joined GV’s specialist lease advisory and asset management team in 2022. Prior to this, he spent six years at Cushman & Wakefield and completed a Masters with distinction in 2018, before following this up with the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) qualification in 2019.
Today, Tom specialises in rent reviews, lease renewals, expert witness reports, lease restructures, brokerage and estates strategies. He acts on behalf of both landlords and tenants, predominantly in the industrial and office sectors.
