Sam Smith

Sam joined GV as a Graduate Building Surveyor after gaining a degree in Building Surveying. At GV we are proud to support and train new talent in the property industry. Many of our graduates have trained to full Chartered level and have stayed with the company. Sam’s role covers creating designs and specifications, contract admin, schedules of condition, schedules of dilapidations and project management.
