Niall Mackinnon

Niall has almost two decades of experience in commercial property, in particular in landlord & tenant and asset management advice. This includes rent reviews, lease renewals, expert witness work, lease restructures, brokerage, agency, estates strategies, investment pricing and Section 18 valuations.

Prior to joining GV, Niall worked at property agencies including DTZ, now Cushman and Wakefield. Niall joined GV as a director and set up the Lease Advisory and Asset Management department. He pioneered an approach to value offices at rent review which has led to GV advising on almost all prime offices in the Leeds area.
