Matt Harriman

Matt is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over a decade of experience specialising in commercial property. He undertakes all core building surveying and project management roles within the Building Consultancy department.

In recent years, Matt has managed over 2 million sq ft of refurbishments, identified and implemented ESG requirements for clients by way of terminal upgrades and solar installations.

In addition to this he has provided expert advice on over £20m of acquisition surveys as well as successfully negotiated over £3m in dilapidation claims across the country.
