Gavin Ritchie
Gavin is a highly experienced commercial property building surveyor and project manager, with over 20 years of experience in the commercial property sector. He set up the Building Surveying and Project Management department at GV 10 years ago, bringing a wealth of knowledge to the business and expending the portfolio of services the company provides.
Prior to his role at GV, Gavin worked as a Director at BNP Paribas Real Estate and Atisreal. Gavin’s priority is excellent client service, delivering not just technical expertise but also the commercial understanding that is required to ensure every building project is a success.
