Garry Howes
Garry is head of the GV investment team. He joined GV in 2014, bringing with him over 20 years’ experience in property investment and capital markets. Previously he worked at Gerald Eve and Donaldsons. Garry specialises in acquisitions, sales, development funding and portfolios, and he predominantly works with the leading UK institutions, property companies, developers and private funds.
Garry has closed deals on many flagship development sites, both industrial and commercial, including deals on behalf of CABOT, ABRDN, Industrials REIT and ARADunedin. He has also worked on behalf of Columbia Threadneedle, RIBSTON, Town Centre Securities plc and Haworth plc.
