David Geary

David began his Building Surveying career at GV over five years ago following a career change from the third sector. Previous experience within the built environment has seen David involved in sustainable construction projects across several continents and inspired his change in direction here in the UK.

David has since gained his MSc in Building Surveying with GV and today focuses his time working closely with a range of clients, bringing his many attributes gained through his diverse career to the commercial property industry.

His role within the Building Consultancy team is equally diverse with day to day responsibilities including undertaking condition surveys, negotiating dilapidations claims, and leading new and existing construction schemes as PM.
