Ben Havery
Ben has over 15 years of experience in the logistics and industrial property sector. He began his career at King Sturge (now JLL) in 2006 where he worked across Europe with logistics occupiers and operators before moving to DTZ’s (now C&W) investment team in 2014 to focus on income opportunities in the shed sector.
Opening the London office for GV in the summer of 2018, he has concluded deals across the UK ranging from significant land acquisitions in Trafford Park and Exeter (on behalf of leading UK investors & developers), to investment acquisitions such as a long income industrial development funding in Birmingham on behalf of a UK REIT and a large, brand new multi let industrial park in Southampton on behalf of a UK fund. More recently he has completed sales including a single let trade counter in Nottingham on behalf of a UK fund.
