Andrew Gent
Andrew, a founding partner of GV, started his career at Bernard Thorpe & Partners in Leeds in 1984. Andrew quickly found a home in Industrial Agency and as BT & P morphed into DTZ Debenham Thorpe, Andrew ran their Industrial Agency Team before leaving in 2003 to found GV.
Over the years Andrew has been involved in some of the region’s largest industrial and distribution schemes such as the 200 acre/2 million sq ft Redhouse Interchange at Junction 38 of the A1M and the hugely successful 337 acre/6 million sq ft iPort scheme at Junction 3 of the M18.
With over three decades of experience in the Yorkshire region Andrew provides clients with advice across the spectrum of Industrial and Logistics property from Strategic Land to single building transactions to large scale speculative developments.
